Welcome to CreatorHunt. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CreatorHunt website, application, and services (collectively, the "Services"). Please read them carefully before using our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to our paid plans, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

2. Description of Service

CreatorHunt provides tools to search verified influencer profiles, manage influencer campaign outreach pipelines (including direct email connections via the Maxis feature), and track daily views and engagement of social media links.

3. Accounts & Subscription

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Billing: Paid plans are billed on a monthly subscription basis starting at $29/month. Payments are handled via our merchant of record, Paddle.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Send spam, unsolicited commercial emails, or violate anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM and GDPR rules) using our Maxis email outreach tools.
• Scrape, download, or harvest creator profiles from our database in bulk without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, exploit, or bypass security features of the application.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

CreatorHunt provides the Services "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that influencer metrics, follower counts, or view tracking data will always be 100% accurate, as social media platforms update their public APIs and interfaces frequently.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorHunt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your access to or use of the Services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
