What happens when I hit my tracking limit?
The Hunt plan lets you track up to 50 content URLs (like TikTok videos, YouTube videos, Instagram posts) concurrently. If you run out of slots, you can simply delete old campaigns that are finished to free up capacity. If you need a larger custom volume, just email us!
Is payment processing secure?
Yes. All transactions are securely processed by Paddle, our merchant partner. We do not store or see your credit card credentials on our servers.
Do you offer refunds?
If you are unhappy with the software for any reason in your first 14 days of paid subscription, email us and we will issue a full refund immediately. No questions asked.
